Corporate/Business Transactions

This area of our practice centers around and complements the general real estate emphasis of the Firm's legal practice. The general corporate matters handled include the formation, operation, and dissolution of the various business entity forms such as: corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and limited partnerships. We represent our business clients in a variety of business transactions. Many of these matters specifically related to their real estate interests. These include:

• Purchasing, developing, operating, leasing and financing their improved and unimproved commercial real estate properties;
• Working out settlements of real estate title related issues;
• Handling transactions for our clients which involve taking security interests in real estate or collecting upon such security interests.

In addition to real estate matters we handle other general business transaction unrelated to real esate matters. Such work includes business sales, acquisitions, general business financing and business contractual matters.
